An all-day hotel menu has to carry many moods. Ours begins with familiarity, then adds enough surprise to make the restaurant a destination in its own right.

Lagos character, clearly expressed
The kitchen works with recognisable Nigerian flavours and thoughtful international technique. The goal is not reinvention for its own sake, but food that feels grounded, generous and worth returning for.

Designed around the whole day
Breakfast is calm, lunch can stretch and the bar gradually takes the lead after dark. Each part of the menu is composed to support that changing pace without losing its identity.
